Lower & Upper..
Setiapnya ada 3 level..

Peralatan yang diperlukan..

Level 1:   2  -  20 minute workouts
Lower body equipment: A towel
Upper body equipment: A set of dumbbells

Level 2:  2 - 30 minute workouts
Lower body equipment: A set of dumbbells
Upper body equipment: A light set of dumbbells and a heavier set of dumbbells

Level 3:  2 - 40 minute workouts
Lower body equipment: Barbell, a set of dumbbells, a chair
Upper body equipment: A set of dumbbells, a towel and a chair

The Butt Bible is all about getting your butt into shape. This series of DVDs are designed to be completed over a six week time frame. There are three different levels of the program as well. Each level of workouts is done for two weeks, four times each week. The level one workouts are 20 minutes in length while the level two workouts are 30 minutes and the level three workouts are 40 minutes. These workouts follow the circuit-training workout format, and you are encouraged to add cardio exercise twice per week if you can. This will allow you to see faster results. Each disc offers one upper and one lower body workout, which you will alternate. The workout schedule for the first week of the program is reflected below:
  • Day 1: Butt Bible Lower Body Level 1
  • Day 2: Butt Bible Upper Body Level 1
  • Day 3: Rest or choose a cardio routine
  • Day 4: Butt Bible Lower Body Level 1
  • Day 5: Butt Bible Upper Body Level 1
  • Day 6: Rest or choose a cardio routine
  • Day 7: Rest
