P90X3..
Aku langkah bendul P90X2..
Pasalnya banyak review aku baca..
P90X2 tak berapa best..

Lagipun.. banyak kaki-kaki workout berpendapat..
P90X3 adalah jauh lebih baik dari siri 1 dan siri 2..
Paling best sekali.. siri 3 adalah gabungan 1 dan 2..
Masa dipendekkan untuk impact yang sama..




30 minit sehari..
Mesti ramai yang sukakan..
Tak makan banyak masa sangat..
Jadi boleh rehat cepat-cepat..

P90X3 ni seperti P90X.. T25.. Insanity..
Ni semua satu geng..
Kiranya yang ni lebih sesuai untuk yang dah biasa bersenam..


Tapikan..
Pada pengamatan aku yang menonton..
P90X3 ni lebih senang dari P90X..
Sound & music pun lebih cacthy..


Apa pun..
Yang penting.... 30 MINIT SAHAJA SEHARI!!

Kalau nak beli.. senang je..

Dalam tu ada kedai fitness..
Selalunya benda2 gini mmg ada jual..
Harga pun takde laa mahal sangat..

Cam resistance band tu kan..
Masa aku round-round kedai DIY..
Aku jumpa..

So, korang kena rajin2 laa cari..

Ada 4 jenis schedule..
Biasanya mula dengan Classic dulu..
Pastu ikut la keperluan badan masing-masing..
Aku akan bagi 4-4 calendar ni..
So, jangan risau :)

Classic
The Classic program includes a wide variety of workouts spread out throughout the 90 days. It aims to give you the best whole body workout with a balance between strength, cardio and conditioning.

Lean
If your goal is to lean out your physique and burn fat, you will want to choose the Lean workout schedule. This focuses more on the cardiovascular aspect of the program and emphasizes the workout videos that will get you there.
Doubles
Doubles is exactly as it sounds. It is double the workouts each day. If a 30 minute workout is not enough for you, you can choose to follow the Doubles workout schedule, and do two workouts per day instead of one. This will give you a one hour workout each day comprised of two workouts within the P90X3 series.
Mass
Mass is new to the P90X series in general and is geared towards men and women that want to increase muscle mass in their bodies. It focuses on the strength portion of the series and is designed to put on weight. If you opt for this schedule, you should already be at your desired weight and plan on gaining some weight as increased muscle as well
