Blood Type Diet - Type O

  1. Os can efficiently digest and metabolize meat because they tend to have high stomach-acid content.

    Makna nyer.. boleh makan daging banyak2. Tapi aku tak suka daging, sbb tak sedap cam daging ayam. Pastu nak masak, berjam2 nak rebus dulu.
  2. The success of the Type O Diet depends on the use of lean, chemical-free meats, poultry, and fish.
  3. Type Os don't find dairy products and grains quite as user friendly as do most of the other blood types.

    Susu tak bagus ?!!!
  4. The initial weight loss on the Type O Diet is by restricting consumption of grains, breads, legumes, and beans. The leading factor in weight gain for Type Os is the gluten found in wheat germ and whole wheat products, which interferes with insulin efficiency and slow down metabolic rate.

    Alamak... aku dah stok biskut gandum IKO punya laa banyak + skang makan roti gandum je tak makan white bread dah.
  5. Another factor that contribute to weight gain is certain beans and legumes contain lectins that deposit in the muscle tissues making them less "charged" for physical activity.

    Aku mmg hantu kacang2. Kacang hijau.. kacang kuda.. kacang dhal.. kacang tanah.. kacang cap Ngan Yin. Huhuhu.. kena lupakan laa Macha jual muruku kat Tesco Kampar.
  6. Type Os have a tendency to have low levels of thyroid hormone or unstable thyroid functions, which also cause metabolic problems. Therefore it is good to avoid food that inhibits thyroid hormone (cabbage, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, mustard green) but increase hormone production (kelp, seafood, iodized salt).

    cauliflower adalah kegemaran aku tau... SEAFOOD is good !!! yes ! yes ! yes !
  7. Type Os should severely restrict the use of dairy products. Their system is not designed for the proper metabolism. If you are a Type O of African ancestry, you should eliminate dairy foods and eggs altogether.

  • Brazil, Cashew, Peanut, Pistachios, Poppy Seeds
  • Beans - copper, kidney, navy, tamarine. Lentils - domestic, green, red.
  • Corn, Gluten, Graham, Wheat (Bulgur, Durum, Sprouted, white and whole, Germ and Bran) farina, Oat, Seven-grains, or any products such as flour, bread and noodles made with these grain products
  • Brassica family: Cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, mustard greens
  • Nightshades: eggplant, potatoes
  • Melons, cantaloupe, honeydew
  • Oranges, tangerines and strawberry
  • Ketchup, pickles, mayonnaise, relisherries, blackberries, Rhubarb
  • Coffee, Distilled liquor, Black Tea

Amboi.. kalau camni senarai nyer.. baik aku jadi kambing je ragut rumput & lalang tepi jalan. Smpi sumer benda lak tak leh makan.

zel...yg lain mmg aku tak layan dah...tp susu aku still amik tapi kena low lactose...pastu bnyk makan prune

Idak ler ikut strict sgt...tp darah O mmg OMNIVOR..ala2 cam rimau makan daging...hihi...

Reen pun darah O gak.. Susu tu mmg kureng sikit tapi bab tak leh makan cauliflower tu susah laa..huhuhu.. ikut sipi2 je lah boleh tak :)

Hai, sori mencelah. I'm your SR. Suka baca kisah u dan MR, sangat ceria. I pun type O. Betul macm POSH76 kata kita ni lactose intollerance... so i guna susu soya je ganti susu... sedap gak. Dulu I diet makan roti wholemeal pun liat betul nak turun. Bila i track my daily menu kalu tak makan nasi turun dgn cepat.. jadi meratah lauk ngan sayur je, tapi seminggu ada la 2x buat camtu... mana boleh tinggal nasik...hehe...eheh... panjang plak n3 ni... sowi
